Hi Laurie: As you probably know, October 31, 2007 will be our 7th year anniversary since you handled your first closing with me. It was refreshing to find someone that I can completely trust and depend on for my real estate transactions. It took a major chunk of stress out of my deals after I have an executed contract. Rarely, do I have to contact you unless there are some changes to the deal. The only phone call I usually make is to ensure that you got all of my fax. Our next communication is usually you letting us know the closing time at "our" office!
